Pure Reformer
Pure Reformer is great for all levels but especially beginners. The pace is moderate, yet challenging and will tone muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating total body workout that incorporates props such as toning balls, fitness circles, and flex-bands and/or jump boards to add challenge and variety to the Reformer workout.
Cardio-Tramp
Cardio-Tramp is an intermediate/advanced level class that transforms a traditional Reformer routine into a fun, energizing workout that burns more calories. A trampoline or a jump board is attached to the end of the Reformer, allowing for plyometric interval training.
Pilates for Sport
A fast-paced class designed to improve strength, power, and agility through exercises that challenge unilateral movement, weight transference, and torso rotation. This class has a special focus on the core, arms, legs, shoulders, and hips and is perfect for sports enthusiasts and athletes of all levels. Small and large equipment is used.
Reformer Plus
Reformer Plus is an essential/intermediate level class that begins with fascia movement and stretches. Next is a workout on one or more of the following equipment: halo trainer, stability barre, stability barrel, foam roller or edges. The class is topped off with Reformer work if time and space will allow.
